Workshops
Workshop 1: Project Leadership starts with Mee
The way we communicate, build relationships and influence outcomes are critical for the successful delivery of projects.
We all present, filter, absorb and share information differently.
We all contribute our thinking and skills based on beliefs and experiences.
Yet at times we struggle with confidence and collaboration.
This one day facilitated interactive workshop is ideal for project teams who are experiencing team dynamic and stakeholder engagement issues.
The focus is on the first pillar of project leadership
– self leadership, who I am.
Participants will:

- Know their behaviour style based on DISC Advanced ® Assessment Report
- Have tools to communicate effectively
- Gain knowledge of their team strengths; and
- Develop their personal action plan

Workshop 2: Creative problem solving
Is your project team experiencing these issues?
-
Not communicating effectively, missing meetings, and misunderstandings.
-
Consistently missing deadlines.
-
Decreasing motivation and increased frustration.
-
New features, tasks or requirements keep getting added without proper assessment.
Some project teams will ignore the signs of an existing problem, hoping it goes away; and other project teams will actively work towards resolving it.
Then there are the more complex problems that require critical thinking and a collaborative approach in shaping the right solution.

In this one day facilitated workshop, we use real case studies for project teams to get to the root cause of the problem and develop an action plan for real impact.
Participants will:
-
Understand the importance and techniques of critical thinking in daily tasks.
-
Embrace a curious mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve and innovate.
-
Be able to dissect problems and present effective solutions.
-
Recognise the significance of teamwork and collaboration in addressing challenges.
Embed problem-solving techniques to enhance your project team’s resilience and agility so they respond to problems with clarity and confidence.
