Today I talk about the label of I’m busy and its communication impacts.

All projects have busy periods to meet deadlines and at times react to unforeseen issues. We attend meetings, we have presentations to prepare for, there are hundreds of emails, the phone rings continuously…that’s it a typical day of project life.
